- Started as a personal producer at Northwestern Mutual in 2003 and built a multi-seven-figure financial practice from the ground up.
- Earned Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) status 16 out of 18 years, ranking in the Top 10 with bronze, silver, and gold years as a new financial representative.
- Earned a Managing Director appointment at Northwestern Mutual within four years of entering the field.
- Served as NAIFA Vermont President for six years, where she recruited, developed, and mentored the next generation of financial advisors statewide.
- Advanced to Senior Partner at Commonwealth Financial Group and later served as General Agent running the downtown Chicago market.
- Founded and leads The Business Accelerator and My Wealth Wisdom, coaching top-tier financial professionals one-on-one for over a decade.

After 28 years working with financial advisors and wealth managers, I kept hearing the same thing over and over: “I just don’t have enough time.”
And what I found is that it’s rarely a time problem. It’s a focus problem.
Most advisors I work with aren’t struggling because they don’t know what to do. They’re struggling because they’re doing too many things and none of them with the clarity, systems, or accountability required to actually move the needle.
That’s exactly why I founded The Business Accelerator in [YEAR]. I wanted to create something different a way to combine my decades of industry experience, strategic insight, and passion for developing others with a framework that actually produces results in 90 days, not someday.
